1 General Terms & Conditions

CricketBuzz is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User") who uses the CricketBuzz website and mobile application.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. For significant updates, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or platform notification.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of a conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• By using CricketBuzz's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2 Account Registration & Identity Verification

To place bets or play any game on CricketBuzz, you must first create a personal account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our policy, CricketBuzz may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or large transactions. You may be asked to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Recent bank statement or utility bill (for address verification)

Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. The process typically takes 24–72 hours.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

CricketBuzz supports multiple local payment methods for users in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposit and withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Cashier section of the platform.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• You must use only payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To receive the welcome bonus, a minimum deposit must be made and the bonus must be activated.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 10–30x the bonus amount).
• Only specific games or betting markets may count toward wagering requirements.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after a bonus is claimed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system — including multiple accounts, false information, or coordinated betting — is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, bonuses may be voided and the account closed.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on CricketBuzz. Please make sure you fully understand the odds and market conditions before placing any bet.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In live betting, odds may change due to network latency; the last confirmed odds will apply.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with CricketBuzz's own rules.
• CricketBuzz reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each market and are subject to change at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CricketBuzz platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using another person's account or transferring your account to someone else.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Disrespectful conduct toward platform staff.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

CricketBuzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, temporarily or permanently, for any reason and without prior notice. Accounts are typically closed for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Fraud or Suspicious Activity
• KYC Verification Failure
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, subject to investigation.
